Guidelines & Template
Submissions should follow the conference template and stay within the page limits below. The same template is used for camera-ready submissions.
Submission rules
Authors should submit a paper in English, carefully checked for correct grammar and spelling, mentioning the relevant conference areas or topics. Each paper should clearly indicate the nature of its technical contribution and the problem domains to which it applies.
Only original papers should be submitted. Submissions must not substantially overlap work that has been published elsewhere or simultaneously submitted to a journal or another conference. Papers that contain any form of plagiarism will be rejected without review.
Paper formats
- Regular Papers — 4 pages including references, tables, graphs and appendices. Excess pages charged $25 per 2 additional pages.
- Short Papers — 3 pages including references and appendices. Excess pages charged $20 per 2 additional pages.
- Acceptance follows a double-blind peer review.
- Full-paper presentations get 20-minute oral slots; short papers get 15 minutes or a poster session.
- Full Papers in the proceedings have a 6-page limit; Short Papers have a 4-page limit. Up to 2 extra pages permitted with additional fee.
Template & camera-ready
Using the official template is strongly advised for review submissions and mandatory for camera-ready uploads. Failure to produce correctly formatted camera-ready submissions may result in exclusion from the proceedings.
