Guidelines & Template
All submissions must strictly adhere to the prescribed conference template and comply with the specified page limits. Manuscripts should be prepared in a clear and consistent format, including appropriate structuring of sections, figures, tables, and references. Authors are responsible for ensuring that their papers meet all formatting and style requirements at the time of submission. The same template must be used for both the initial submission and the final (camera-ready) version. Papers that do not conform to the guidelines may be returned for revision or rejected without review.
Submission rules
All manuscripts must be prepared in clear, professional English and thoroughly checked for grammatical accuracy and spelling. Authors should explicitly indicate the relevant conference track or topic area. Each submission must clearly define the nature of its technical contribution and identify the specific problem domain(s) it addresses.
Only original and unpublished work is eligible for submission. Manuscripts must not have substantial overlap with work that has been previously published or is under consideration elsewhere, including journals and conferences. Any submission found to contain plagiarism or unethical practices will be rejected without review.
Paper Format
All submissions must be prepared in the standard IEEE conference format. Authors are required to follow the prescribed IEEE template, ensuring consistency in layout, font, figures, tables, and references. Compliance with the formatting guidelines is mandatory for both initial submission and final (camera-ready) versions.
- Paper Categories and Review Process:
- Regular Papers: Regular Papers should present completed and validated research with significant contributions to the field. Accepted papers will be allocated 20-minute oral presentation slots.
- Short Papers: Short Papers are intended for work-in-progress, preliminary results, or emerging ideas. Accepted papers will be presented either in a 15-minute oral session.
- Review Process: All submissions will undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process to ensure quality, originality, and relevance to the conference themes.
Camera-Ready Submission
All papers must be prepared using the standard IEEE conference format. Use of the official IEEE template is strongly recommended for initial submissions and is mandatory for final (camera-ready) versions. Authors must ensure that the camera-ready manuscript strictly adheres to all formatting and style guidelines. Failure to submit a properly formatted paper may result in exclusion from the conference proceedings.
